Reports of strange sounds heard
all over the world scaring people hearing sonic
booms earth shaking horn type of sound, and still
not knowing where it comes from.Since long before the advent of supersonic
flight, immense booms have been heard
emerging from clear skies. No explanation
has been found for these so-called sky
quakes. There is no sign of lightning (which
can travel long distances – even in clear
skies) and no other human explanation for
why the sky suddenly booms at the earth.

අහස් කම්පණ ( sky quakes) ලෙස හඳුන්වන මෙම සංසිද්ධිට තවමත් පැහැදිලි කිරීම් ලැබී නොමැත.
අකුණු ගසන බවට සළකුනු ද නොමැත ( අහස පැහැදිලි වුවත් ශබ්දය බොහෝදුරකට ගමන් කල හැකිය)
මේ සඳහා විද්යාත්මක ගවේශන සිදුවෙමින් පවතී.
ඇතැම් විට මෙයට හේතුව ගුවන්විදුලි තරංග හෝ හිරුගේ ක්රියාකාරකම් නිසා සිදුවිය හැකිය.
ශ්රී ලංකාවේද පදියතලාව, මහඔය, ඇකිරියංකුබුර බිබිල යන ප්රෙදේශ වලටද සුලු භූ කම්ප්ණයක් සමග 2012 වසරේ මෙම ශබ්දය ඇසී ඇත.
