Wcdma (widband code division multiple access) or UMTS is an air interface standard found in 3g networks. It is tha basis of japan's NTT DoCoMo's FOMMA (freedom of mobile multimedia access) service and commonly used member of the universal mobile telecommunication system (UMTS) this system was found by NTT DoCoMo in 1990.
Deference between CDMA and WCDMA
Cdma is a 2g technology and is a direct competitor to gsm.
Wcdma is a 3g technology that is often used provide both 2g and 3g capabilities within the same aria coverage.
WCDMA (wideband code division multiple access) නැතිනම් UMTS යනු 3g ජාල සම්බන්ධය ඇතිකරගැනීමට යොදාගන්නා තාක්ශණයකි. මෙහි ආරම්භය ජපානයේ NTT DoCoMo සමාගමේ FOMA (freedom of mobile multimedia access) සේවාවයි.
