Android app permission are used to control a particular application's access to system functions.
Android applications run in a sandbox, an
isolated area of the system that does not
have access to the rest of the system's
resources, unless access permissions are
explicitly granted by the user when the
application is installed. Before installing an
application, Play Store displays all required
permissions: a game may need to enable
vibration or save data to an SD card, for
example, but should not need to read SMS
messages or access the phonebook. After
reviewing these permissions, the user can
choose to accept or refuse them
ඇන්ඩ්‍රොඉඩ් පර්මිශන් තනි ඇප්ලිකේශන් එකකක් මගින් සමස්ත ඇන්ඩ්‍රොඉඩ් පද්දතියට සිදුකරන ප්‍රෙවේශයන් පාලනයට යොදා ගනී.
ඇන්ඩ්‍රොඉඩ් මෘදුකාංග sand box එකක් තුල ධාවනය වේ. මෙය සමස්ත ඇන්ඩ්‍රොඉඩ් පද්දතියෙන් එක් කොටසකි. Sand box මගින් සමස්ථ පද්ධතියට ප්‍රෙවේශයක් සිදු නොවේ.

Game එකක් සඳහා vibration හා ඩේටා sd card එකට ලිවීමට අවසර දිය හැකි වුවත් data sd card එකට ලිවීමට අවසර දිය හැකි උවත් sms කියවීමට හෝ contact වලට ප්‍රෙවේශ්ය ඉල්ලයි නම් ඒ පිළිබඳව සැලකිලිමත් වී මෙය ස්ථාපනය කිරීමට හෝ නොකිරීමට හැකිය.
