Glonass is a space based satellite navigation system operated by the russian aerospace defense force.
It provide an alternative to global position system (gps) and the only alternative navigational system in operation global coverage with 24 satellites. This system provide real time position and velocity determination for everyone.
ග්ලෝනාස් යනු රුසියානු අභ්යාවකාශ ආරක්ශක අංශය විසින් මෙහෙයවන අභ්යාවකාශ චන්ද්රිකා ආදාරයෙන් පිහිටීම් සෙවීමේ පද්දතියකි මෙය මිහි මත මං සෙවීමේ ක්රමයය (gps) ට විකල්පයකි. චන්ද්රිකා 24කින් ක්ර්රියා කරන මෙය gps හැරුනු විට ලෝකයම ආවරනය කල ක්රියාකාරී එකම මං සෙවීමේ පද්දතිය වේ.
